Mr. Delia is the President of Delia Tactical International. He is a retired 23 year Law Enforcement officer and S.W.A.T team leader. Delia was assigned to a Special Weapons and Tactics team for 18 years with 20 years of street patrol experience, as well as previous covert investigative duties and international security assignments. Mr. Delia instructs SWAT tactics, police close counter measures, lethal force combatives, weapons, and tactical breaching. He has over 25 years in mixed martial arts and weapon disciplines and has instructed police, security, and SOF military personnel for over 20 years. He has been an instructor and guest speaker for various units and organizations throughout the world including the United States Army Special Forces, S.W.A.T. Units, Private Security Companies and Police Departments.

Mr. Bodette is a 23 year combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps with service globally including Afghanistan, Kosovo, Somalia and Iraq. He was featured on The History Channel (Shootout-The Hunt For Bin Laden) after being awarded a Bronze Star "V" because of combat action in Afghanistan during multiple enemy ambushes and counter insurgency operations with the U.S. Army 5th Special Forces Group. He has been an advisor for numerous venues including The History Channel, The Discovery channel and was recently highlighted on Battle 360 as a historical combat advisor. Bodette has served as a senior drill instructor, close combat instructor, and weapons instructor to name just a few.  He has been an honored speaker for the U.S. Marine Corp Ball, University of Notre Dame, Sand Soldiers of America and New York Port Authority Marine Corp Association, as well as a guest speaker at other memorial celebrations throughout the USA.
Mr. Kutzli has well over 20 years of welding and design fabrication experience. He brings precision and power to DTI products (a skilled warrior of steel and iron with a "MADE IN THE USA" attitude). Truly a master craftsman and team player who reflects the raw talent of the professional American working man. Mr. Kutzli offers multiple skills to the Delia tactical workshop. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is something to see for yourself. 
Mr. Smith has served over 19 years in the law enforcement profession with four different venues including service with a Special Weapons and Tactics unit.  Smith is currently an active Law Enforcement Officer with years of crisis intervention and on-site tactical experience. His specialties include extensive training in firearms instruction, tactical operations, sniper/counter sniper tradecraft, and field training.  He is a certified Armorer with credentials from Glock, Sigarms, Remington, and H & K.  The majority of Mr. Smith's career has been in street patrol. He remains the constant "tactical professional" 24/7 and is a true American Lawman.
As DTI'S most senior technical advisor, Mr. Delia brings over 40 years of public safety experience to the gear table through advanced fire protection and former military service. A former Sgt. in the U.S. Army with service in Korea's DMZ as a forward observer and communications specialist, Mr. Delia's trade skills and hands-on knowledge completes the DTI tactical data base. He is an instructor and expert of multiple trade crafts including system design, product modifications, and power fabrication. His attention to detail and functional applications are just a few skills that Mr. Delia offers. We are very proud to have him on our staff.

Mr. Tanner is a 20 year combat veteran of the United States Army Special Forces, including an assignment with the 3rd Ranger Battalion, 75th Infantry.  He has served extensively in the Middle East with the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) and conducted multiple combat operations during the first Gulf War, Afghanistan, Somalia, and Iraq.  His final assignment in the U.S. Army was as an ODA Team Sergeant, where he led his men to conduct specialized intelligence operations in Iraq during 2004.  After retiring as a Master Sergeant in 2005, Mr. Tanner deployed back to Iraq twice as a civilian contractor supporting the Iraq war effort.  Currently, he serves as a training team leader for a technology company with multiple DOD contracts where he travels throughout the SOF community to teach combat surveillance devices and techniques.

Mr. DeCono is a Captain with over 15 years of fire rescue experience. He is a certified firefighter I, II, Hazmat and First responder who has served several years as a senior training officer for his department.  He is a dedicated professional who brings real world experience and knowledge to DTI's research and development area. DeCono is the Firefighter whom you want with you in the time of crisis.

Mr. Matthews is an 20 year combat veteran of the U.S. Army.  During his military career he served as an Explosive Ordinance Disposal Technician and Team Leader in the United States, Europe, and Central America.  Following retirement he worked as an independent UXO contractor conducting explosive and chemical agent remediation at a number of DOD and USACOE locations in the U.S.  His qualifications include Master EOD Technician, Air Assault, Advanced Open Water (Public Safety Officer) SCUBA Diver, Hazardous Waste Worker, and Confined Space Worker to name a few.  He holds an A.S. in Aircraft Maintenance and a B.S. in Aviation Maintenance Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.  He currently works as lead mechanic and business manager at a municipal airport, as well as special consultant to the EOD/UXO field.

Mr. Wright is a 20 year law enforcement veteran with vast experience in deadly force weapon instruction and special weapons and tactics. He is currently an active Police Chief and former tactical team sniper with 11 years of critical mission experience.
Wright is a competitive pistol and rifle shooter who has won numerous high ranking awards. His credentials for combat competition speak for themselves. He has been an instructor for candidates of the U.S. Army Special Forces Assessment Selection course at Camp McCall, North Carolina.
FIAS
Mr. Fias is an "active" 20 year law enforcement veteran with prior service in the U.S. Air Force. He is currently serving as a Lieutenant and Team Leader of a multi-jurisdictional counter narcotics unit, serving both urban and suburban areas in Michigan. With over 16 years of narcotics investigations, drug raids, street patrol and hundreds of raid entries, Fias provides his expertise and knowledge to help perfect the designs of Delia Tactical products. His unit has conducted extensive testing of the Brahma Advanced Tactical Ram and the RAPTOR Rapid Entry Tool as well as fielding prototype apparel and gear soon to be marketed by Delia Tactical International.

STOCKHILL
Mr. Stockhill has over 25 years of paramedic experience in urban, rural, and tactical environments. He has extensive training in technical rescue, Hazmat and TEMS. He has served as a field instructor, supervisor and director, for a large EMS agency.  After a request from a local tactical team, Mr. Stockhill was instrumental in forming a unit of highly skilled paramedics that helped establish operational procedures to integrate TEMS coverage, throughout the State of Michigan. He currently serves as a tactical paramedic for three Law Enforcement S.W.A.T. teams.
Mr. Brown is currently an "active" duty Lieutenant with over 18 years of experience. He is the S.W.A.T. commander for a large Michigan Sheriff’s Department, with over 15 years of  experience involving numerous years of tactical activations. He is the Lead Firearms Instructor for his agency and responsible for the firearms training of over 500 sworn officers. Brown is a former Division 1 collegiate athlete in football at Michigan State University. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. During his career he held positions including defensive tactics instructor, field training officer, rapid deployment instructor, and honor guard member. Brown is also a veteran of the FBI fugitive task force as well as a graduate of the FBI Street Survival School.

Mr. Ginn has 10 years experience as a professional firefighter and veteran state trooper. He has a vast repertoire of experience with rapid entry, confined space rescue, and is currently a State Conservation Officer.  Mr. Ginn is certified at the Firefighter I and II level; he has been a certified Emergency Medical Technician, a confined space specialist, and is a Master combat pistol expert.  Mr. Ginn is an advanced Marine Enforcement Officer who was  nominated for National Marine Enforcement Officer of the year.  With his passion for excellence and combined experience in Law Enforcement, Firefighting and EMS, Mr. Ginn assists Delia Tactical International with designing and promoting the best tools, gear and methods to be used when lives are at risk.
Mr. Reynolds is an "active" duty law enforcement officer with over 18 years of experience. He has worked many assignments including court facility security, road and motorcycle patrol, commercial vehicle enforcement and S.W.A.T. He is a certified sniper, armorer and a graduate of Mid-South Institute and Blackwater. Reynolds has instructed land navigation, counter active shooter, and other critical skills to patrol officers and SWAT teams alike. He is an endurance sports participant and enjoys adventure racing and mountain biking!

NIZZARI
Mr. Nizzari is both a former Deputy Sheriff and Nevada National Guard Reservist. Over the past 16 years he has established himself as a successful firearms instructor. He is known nationally as one of the best in the business. Nizzari's accomplishments as a small arms instructor entails numerous state and private certifications including the prestigious Beretta and NRA Law Enforcement Weapons Instructor Credentials. Mr. Nizzari currently instructs Law Enforcement, Military and civilian personnel in tactical weapons deployment and advanced survival tactics.
Mr. Groenendyk has over 24 years of experience in marketing and sales for small businesses.  He is a former U.S. Marine infantryman serving with 3rd Battalion, Second Marines and served with Marine Barracks, Cubi Naval Air Station, Republic of the Philippines.  Mr. Groenendyk has a passion for developing marketing plans and training curriculum and is a avid shooter and weapons collector.  He holds a Masters of Management degree and a Masters of Education degree from Aquinas College and has traveled the United States and the world extensively for both the U.S. military as well as for private business.  He has also taught for nine years as an adjunct professor at the Davenport School of Business in Holland, Michigan.  Mr. Groenendyk supports Delia Tactical by offering business and marketing assistance as the company consistently seeks to expand and promote world class tools and training programs throughout the law enforcement and military communities.
GROENENDYK
Mr. Rabinovich has been a law enforcement officer for 15 years, including assignments in Emergency Response Team, crisis intervention, waterbourne patrol, major incident response/crowd control, dignitary protection and Mounted Unit.  He is a veteran of the U.S.C.G. Deployable Operations Group and a former U.S. Army Medic, with a linguist specialty.  He is  certified as an EMT/Firefighter, teaches Tactical Medicine curriculum throughout his state's technical college system, and has been a part of the team tasked with program design and legislation.  Rab is currently a Board Member and TEMS representative with the Midwest Tactical Officers Association. 
RABINOVICH
Mr. Hayward is a 24 year combat veteran of the United States Army. He has served in Afghanistan, Kuwait, Korea, and Africa amongst other places. He has served in a variety of units ranging from light infantry to heavy mechanized infantry with the culmination of his military career being in 3rd Special Forces Group. He has trained and led over 400 Afghan guerillas on numerous combat missions in areas that include the contested Pakistan border region, Kandahar, and the hotly contested Korengal valley of Kunar Province where he was decorated for valor. He has served as an instructor writer for 3rd Special Forces group as well as the U.S Army Infantry School. He is currently the co owner of a training company that specializes in Combat Survivability.
