The 3-day training course consists of basic urban combat tactics, techniques, and procedures for first responders when dealing with extreme threats from multiple adversaries. The training is focused on first responders prior to SWAT teams arriving on scene. Emphasis is placed on quickly neutralizing extreme threats from terrorists, lone-wolf actors, and criminal gangs who pose a serious threat to nearby citizens and property. Fundamentals of urban combat are taught to quickly organize and employ police units as functioning tactical teams capable of fire and maneuver to neutralize extreme threats to protect human life.
